You may return all items purchased from our online shop within (14) days from the date of delivery.

If for any reason you decide to return purchased items, please follow the instructions to proceed with the return:

1. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

2. Wait for confirmation of approval. You will receive an email with instructions about how to ship. In addition to home pickup, you will be able to choose the drop-off option: you will be able to bring the goods to be returned to any GLS or GLS Shop location.

3. The Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and with the original labels and tags attached along with any accessories and related documents (e.g., instruction booklet, Product certificates, and so on) and with the packaging intact.

4. Once we receive your items at our warehouse, we will process the return. From the moment we have authorized the refund, it will still have to be processed by your bank. The time required varies depending on the bank and the payment method used, but it can be estimated at around 14 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used. The full amount paid including shipping costs will be returned.


    (*) The order number, generated at the time of your purchase, can be found in the confirmation email sent by our systems. If you can’t find the confirmation email, check your spam folder.
